A full professional cleaning is carried out before each guest's check-in to ensure the house is clean and ready for your arrival. Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation. We respect our guests' privacy while remaining available whenever needed. You can easily reach us by phone or through the Staystz Platform during your stay. A member of our team is available 24 hours a day to assist with check-in, access through the main gate, and any questions or issues that may arise. We're happy to provide local recommendations and help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This property has one or more exterior cameras that record or transmit video, images or audio, You must disclose them if they're turned off. Note, Security cameras that monitor indoor spaces or outdoor areas where greater privacy is expected, such as a shower, are not allowed. The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras positioned around the exterior areas to provide added safety and peace of mind. Cameras monitor outdoor spaces only and do not cover any indoor private areas. A laundry service is available for USD $10 per full load, which includes washing, ironing, and folding. Guests who prefer to do their own laundry are welcome to use the washing machine provided in the bungalow at no additional charge. Laundry detergent is available for your convenience.

The Tenant shall maintain the premises, including all fixtures and fittings, in a clean, tidy, and good condition throughout the tenancy. The Tenant shall not use the premises for any illegal activities or purposes that violate the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The Tenant shall not damage, alter, or deface the structure, furniture, or fixtures of the house. The Tenant shall not host large parties, social gatherings, or public events on the premises without prior written consent from the Landlord. The Tenant shall strictly adhere to the agreed-upon move-in and move-out dates and times. The Tenant shall be held fully liable for any damages caused to the property by themselves, their occupants, or their invited guests. Commercial photography and filming allowed. Quiet hours and Events not allowed.

The guest is allowed to cancel the booking free of charge up to two days (48 hrs) before the stay.

A mandatory damage deposit of minimum two nights' stay is required, The deposit will be fully released at check-out, provided no damages, losses, or policy violations are found during the post-stay inspection.
